just go to a bank and ask that person's account number and his full name. bring also some of your documents to be prepared if they need some.. you can also go to money transfers like western union if there is.. good luck!bcreful ofbad people around.. hope i helped you.yw!xD

You'll need several more things besides her name and account number. Go to your bank and ask for an international money wire form, that will tell you the information you need. You will need to check with both of your banks to make sure that they won't charge you for the money wire on either side. The bank can be a little difficult though. The tellers at my bank never know what they're doing, and the form they gave me actually left off some vital information that they needed to know. If you do use the bank option make sure you know your friends SORT code and SWIFT code. An easier way to send money is by using pay pal. Go to their site and they'll walk you through what you need to do, and there are no fees for doing it. Hope this helps:)

I use MoneyGram as they are cheaper than WesternUnion. They operate worldwide, including Romania. http://www.moneygram.com/MGI/EN/RO/Market/Market.htm?CC=RO&LC=EN All the person receiving the money needs is ID and the transaction number. --- SWIFT bank payments costs depends on your bank and if the transaction needs to pass through other banks on route. I haven't found it cost effective in the past.
