what is the difference between iphone 4 never locked soft-locked or unlocked? I live in romania and wonder what are the differences? Im buying a neverlocked 1 and wanted to make sure if it will work with my GSM(vodafone) THANKS !

Never locked- factory standar without ever being locked to any network and can be used with any SIM Soft-locked-software locked phone, can be used on network its locked Unlocked-software locked phone , which has been unlocked by code or by hacking and can be used on any retwork , if done unlcok by hacking then at times causes problems like update does not work or phone drops etc
