I recently came to Romania for school here and I found out that they don't have xbl, are there any plans at all of Microsoft bringing it here?

im not haten on them but microsoft can be lazy bums at sometimes but to be honest i could be wrong my only suggestion is try playstion network the ps3 just got a price cut
