anybody know what cologne romanian women living in romania like to smell on men? Same kind as in the U.S.A or different crazy european brands?

I doubt that Romanian women have consensus on this. You will have to use more brains and charm in order to seduce somebody there, because cologne alone will not work, no matter what kind will you use.

I think that same worldwide popular brands are popular in Romania as well. Go for something that you like, if it suits you I'm sure there will be women who will notice it.
