I live in Romania and card no and postal code are not recognized when signing up my kid. What is the problem

I live in Romania and card no and postal code are not recognized when signing up my kid. What is the problem?
I am trying to make a Yahoo account for my 7 years old. (Although I am not comfortable with giving away credit card information online), I filled in the details regarding VALID credit card and about local postal code, but it seems Yahoo doesn't understand I am not a US rezident. Can I do that (create a kid account) any other way? Thanks in advance, Mihaela
