You will need to have enough money for a few months before making the move. You should also have a job lined up for you before you come to the Netherlands. It is not cheap to live in the Netherlands, but once you have a job you should be able to manage. Often there is temporary work for people from the European Union in the flowers and fruit, if you are a good builder, carpenter, decorator and so on, you are sure to find a good job but you will need to learn the local language or at least speak good English, unless you find more people from Romania and are willing to work in their crew, (and depending on them to translate everything.) But check that you can work here before coming, as sometimes people from some countries need to apply to work permits before coming. This site should have all information you need: http://www.ind.nl/EN/ If not, go to the site of the Dutch Embassy of the country of which you are a citizen, (the one that supplied your passport).
