I really wish to buy some japanese PS2 games. And I wanted to know if I'll buy a japanese console will it work with my TV,taking in consideration that I live in Europe,Romania.

Yes it will, as long as your TV can support 60Hz [most new TVs can]

you dont have to buy a Japanese PS2 to play Japanese games. If the games are PS2 then it would play! Even if it is Japanese. So Yeah! It also dosent matter where you live! Go and have FUN!!!!
