I really want to live in Russia and Romania but I have to get accepted to the best universities for both countries but I don't think I can make it. Even if I get accepted to the best, most of the universities doesn't teach Romanian. also I wear glasses which is big problem. I'm sorry for asking such a dumb question

You can live in other countries by becoming a pilot, but it is not just a simple case of moving there. You need to be hired on by a company that operates out of that country and then you need to apply for a visa or work permit to live there unless you are a member of the EC for example and the country you want to live in is a member of the EC community. For example , at one time i was offered a job by a freight company and i could have moved to that country. As i am a Canadian and UK citizen i could have moved there no questions asked. If i was not a citizen i would have to apply for a landed immigrant card or a temporary worker visa. The company that hires you typically provides legal services to get through all the hoops and hurdles. We have hired over-seas workers before and we assisted them in getting the required permits to work in Canada. As for the glasses, not a problem. I am a commercial pilot and i wear corrective lenses. ( glasses) good luck

Yes. You can live in other countries. Pilots, for the most part, fly only 80 hours a month. This gives them the flexibility to fly jumpseat to wherever they need to go to fly their next flight. Warning: In the U.S., senior airline pilots are the ones who exercise these privileges. Their seniority gives them the job stability to be able to do this. So it can be done, but you will probably have to wait quite a while. I hope this helps.
