Can you be a youtube partner if you live in Romania?

As far as I can see you can only be a partner if you reside in USA or the UK, I haven't seen any from Romania but you are free to contact them if you still have questions.

Go to the very bottom of any YouTube page and click the blue "Show locations". This is the list of the countries where YouTube has "local sites" - where partnership is available. Sadly, Romania is not there.
