so...i have this number from japan that starts with 81 and the number is like this 81-xx-xxxx....and i live in romania and i really need to send a message to this number but i can't because i don't know what else to put in front..i know that japan office number is +81...so please...could someone help and teach me what i need to do to be able to send the message? i tried to do like this but i can't call neither can i send a message....do i have to activate something? i make the call from a mobile phone

You must type "double-zero" for sign "plus". Like 0081-xx-xxxx for +81-xx-xxxx
